Who we are
Vemryx Solutions is the services division of Vemryx, operated from Brazil by Felipe Marquezini, founder. Under the LGPD, Vemryx is the controller of the data processed on this site. Legal entity: Vemryx Inova Simples (I.S.), CNPJ 69.842.947/0001-46.

Which data we collect and why
The table shows what reaches us when you use the site. None of this data is sold or used for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what is needed for the site to work and to remember your choices. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Visit measurement
Measurement only starts after you accept, in the privacy notice or under “Privacy preferences” in the footer. If you reject or have not chosen yet, nothing is measured.
What we measure
- the page you opened (the path only, without anything after “?”) and its language
- the country, provided by Cloudflare
- the device type: phone, tablet or computer
- the domain of the site you came from, when you came from another site
- campaign UTM tags, if the address has them
- clicks on the email and WhatsApp contact buttons
What we never store
- your IP address (used only at that moment, to limit abuse, and not recorded)
- your browser’s User-Agent (read only to tell the device type)
- the full page address, including anything after “?”
- identifiers for you, or any text you type
The data is kept for 3 months. We honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends that signal, measurement stays off and we do not ask again. You can change your mind at any time under “Privacy preferences” in the footer of any page.
Contact by email or WhatsApp
The contact buttons open your email app or WhatsApp. What you write is handled by those services, under their own policies, and reaches us. The site has no forms.
Vemryx Solutions may keep business correspondence with people who ask about our services, to answer and follow up on the request.
Where the data is processed
Cloudflare delivers the site and stores the anonymous measurement records. This processing may involve servers outside Brazil; in that case the LGPD’s international transfer rules (art. 33) and the safeguards Cloudflare describes in its own policy apply.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask at any time for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law
- portability of your data to another provider, under the regulations
- deletion of data processed with your consent
- information about who we share data with
- information about the option not to consent and the consequences of refusing
- withdrawal of consent
To exercise any of these rights, write to the email below. We reply through the same channel and may ask for details to confirm the request is yours. Because measurement uses no identifiers, we cannot pick one person’s data out of it; the messages you sent us, however, we can find by the email address or number you used.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with an updated effective date. If a change alters the purposes for which we measure visits, we will ask for your choice again: the privacy notice will show up again.
